COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat KDS11050300W1220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Infineon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inficon-Leybold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Devices product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Infineon such as the FZ3600R7KE3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20099002 manufactured by Inficon-Leybold and we are pleased to be able to service most Inficon-Leybold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC63010MGA2EX1 by Manufacturer Industrial-Devices as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MKD71B061GP0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Interroll such as 113i equipment made by Interroll have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interroll products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interroll" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SBD2 made by Industrial-Devices as well as the popular 1310RACK original spares produced by Irt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTC024C02L1P06A2L1FW by Indramat and 113i spares by Interroll are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11048 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Italfarad. |
