COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat KDS11050300W1220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Actuator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipg-Photonics-Fs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Devices product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Actuator such as the 12G260200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P30001226H manufactured by Ipg-Photonics-Fs and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipg-Photonics-Fs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC63010MGA2EX1 by Manufacturer Industrial-Devices as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Innovex-Inc Brand 402C066 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Island-Components such as IMD008 equipment made by Island-Components have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Island-Components products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Island-Components" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 112620 made by Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L as well as the popular ANATKABBAB040 original spares produced by Ingersoll-Rand Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDM012 by Indramat and IMD008 spares by Island-Components are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IOP800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer I-tech. |
