COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat KDA3.2-150-3-D00-W1/220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ingersoll-Rand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ingersoll-Rand such as the QE8SE150F41S08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MEAE5KB7 manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D0HD3C130A1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC11202HD4C130A0WI520LXS005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ircon such as R16C05001000640 equipment made by Ircon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ircon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ircon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PGA261002 made by Square-D as well as the popular MPA35341 original spares produced by Mts-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0926CP by Foxboro and R16C05001000640 spares by Ircon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1010BTCOSEIS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metra-Instruments. |
