COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DSC3150115V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsudakoma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsudakoma such as the EPC362730571 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDC86CONT manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FMR250AGE3ALJKA4M by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand DXA450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as FDB3015LB02A1L1LPK equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F1X15LG6 made by Panduit as well as the popular E5CNR2MTC500 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HDS042W200N by Rexroth and FDB3015LB02A1L1LPK spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HCS021EW0028A03NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
