COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DMA-30A-1101-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze-Americas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron-Corp such as the IWS1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVD4904EV014 manufactured by Lenze-Americas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze-Americas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID15H420E by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC3600AVIA1M1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800NFCF1D1C equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ED136H2774 made by Seiki as well as the popular DSDX451 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F31X111PSHALGIFR010 by Ge-Fanuc and DS3800NFCF1D1C spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IWS2511T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron-Corp. |
