COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DLF1.1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the eTOP06C0050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FPM3191GA manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP2501TC11318002103 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uniop Brand ER25T0045 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cygnus such as HATCHSURETELESCOPICEXTENSION equipment made by Cygnus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cygnus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cygnus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DP25BSR made by Omega as well as the popular EUA1C0316 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CPU772F by Ge and HATCHSURETELESCOPICEXTENSION spares by Cygnus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3200357A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
