COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DKC01.3-018-3-MGP-01VRS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mahr-Federal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the HP3S160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR450T1000100010C3000111 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMD4310W1 by Manufacturer Mahr-Federal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Braun Brand E1553 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ivek-Corporation such as DS20004AYTZP equipment made by Ivek-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ivek-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ivek-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HMAC1G1E made by Ge as well as the popular DS3828BH9GR original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600AVIA1D by Ge-Fanuc and DS20004AYTZP spares by Ivek-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC800SSI104D2CE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
