COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DDS2.1-W015-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the M30000467 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS060410AL0000 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 603BVAS by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand KEYENCELV21A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Industrial such as BDS320840012004503A2 equipment made by Industrial have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Industrial products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Industrial" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TDM1050300W1TDM1050300W1 made by Indramat as well as the popular BDS4A220J3107C24 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31035132 by Inductoheat and BDS320840012004503A2 spares by Industrial are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P20B10200LCL67S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
