COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DDS02.2-A200-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ishida-Dacs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inficon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Indexing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ishida-Dacs such as the 057530510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 751001G2 manufactured by Inficon and we are pleased to be able to service most Inficon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLM1015 by Manufacturer Industrial-Indexing as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ironman Brand GRBMQ82410L140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MDD112CN040N2M130GB1 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9938807R7 made by Ingersoll-rand as well as the popular IG73E original spares produced by Industrial-Gold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1310RACK by Irt and MDD112CN040N2M130GB1 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD71BN040N2S095GA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
