COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat DDS02.1-A100-DS03-02-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Niobrara-Rd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyrotronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze-Americas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Niobrara-Rd such as the EPE5TCPA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMC1 manufactured by Pyrotronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyrotronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E82EV153K4B201 by Manufacturer Lenze-Americas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kfj Brand HIS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Helm such as HM579TSM equipment made by Helm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Helm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Helm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3600AV1A1J made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular EHST3FVE40 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IQ3XCITE16USAULBAC24 by Trend and HM579TSM spares by Helm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS220PSV0H1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electric. |
