COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat CLT01.2C-PE-NC-SLB-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fibro-gsa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advantech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the FP3500T11358040301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES1025 manufactured by Fibro-gsa and we are pleased to be able to service most Fibro-gsa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPM3150GUBE by Manufacturer Advantech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ikey Brand DT2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as EUA1C0316 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FPM3150TVET made by Advantech as well as the popular E410CIMREX41 original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CompuM by Milltronics and EUA1C0316 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP4106W1D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
