COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat CLM-01.3-A-E-4-0-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hydraulic-Valve-Division products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intermec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydraulic-Valve-Division such as the D1FHE80MCNBJ0020X6049 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CV60B13A84004304 manufactured by Intermec and we are pleased to be able to service most Intermec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM200DY20 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM200E3U12H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Revcon such as DC33460751115VAC equipment made by Revcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revcon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CML402SP330NANNNNNW made by Rexroth as well as the popular CLV4801010S01 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM200DU24FA by Mitsubishi and DC33460751115VAC spares by Revcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CV433HFAT2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
