COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat BTV01.3CA-08N-50B-AB-NN-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autronica parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automation-Direct product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the BY171A444G51REVA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA300 manufactured by Autronica and we are pleased to be able to service most Autronica systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA1T6CL by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advantech Brand FPM3190TVFPM3190TVTC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elca such as E1020 equipment made by Elca have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elca products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elca" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C7633 made by Siemens as well as the popular FPM3155TV original spares produced by Advantech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPCRMR222GC by Yaskawa and E1020 spares by Elca are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEPL1304301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier. |
