COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat BGR BTM15.2-NB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Woodman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodman such as the E8031A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXBA15STA1XXX manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMPFPM33F2E by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Total-Control Brand CQPM3D200B2PA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beijer such as BIGMACA equipment made by Beijer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beijer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beijer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C1000ComponentColorTouch made by C1000-Component as well as the popular BMTW original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA7S6C07329B031 by Automation-Direct and BIGMACA spares by Beijer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP690200110000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
