COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat 63C-0-MS--2-C/95-A-0/S01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Interface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Integrated-Synchronizing-System product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Interface such as the 2420BLX100T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P30001226 manufactured by Ipg and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M472 by Manufacturer Integrated-Synchronizing-System as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD115CN020N2M130GA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intek such as MPM1141T2E999 equipment made by Intek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHF100A022G made by Invt as well as the popular PC07C5 original spares produced by Isi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD065BN040N2M095GB1 by Indramat and MPM1141T2E999 spares by Intek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD090AN020N2G110PBO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
