COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat 24-515-0468R and KEP16360 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 160BA10NSF1P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 202Q25L56 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1AC4102UPQ018 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FK60846AZ219ZZ9ZS29 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT60828AF711DA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT50641AF714EH0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 1FT60641AF744AG1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK71035AF711AH2 by Siemens and 1FT60828AF711DA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1SFA894010R7030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
