COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Incom International RP1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inductoheat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iroman-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inductoheat such as the 31040009C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GR818013500 manufactured by Iroman-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Iroman-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD093AN030N2L110GA0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Innovative-Technology Brand P480NNZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ion such as ION515 equipment made by Ion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC090B0PD2C made by Indramat as well as the popular 2AD132DB350B1AS03B2N1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPN by Inficon and ION515 spares by Ion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4220S5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Interphase. |
