COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Imtech MH-2000 II-100A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uniop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eason product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the NIDI01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKDR16T0021 manufactured by Uniop and we are pleased to be able to service most Uniop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Model950 by Manufacturer Eason as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moeller Brand MV4170TA1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by California-Instruments such as MXT10 equipment made by California-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire California-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "California-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OP640 made by Opti-Mate as well as the popular MILACRONCNC original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PR3M3RF3U351 by Grace-Engineered and MXT10 spares by California-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OIT3600B02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple-Systems. |
