COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Imtech MH-2000 II-100A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro-Cam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sonstige product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Cam such as the PS510410016L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NQ5MQ000B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPH2D100S2PC by Manufacturer Sonstige as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Au-Optronics Brand MI50XN07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Axiom such as P11231586T equipment made by Axiom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Axiom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Axiom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PRO93S9598602 made by Cooper as well as the popular NS5SQ01V1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P21021AR by Parker and P11231586T spares by Axiom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S25A318B01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
