COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ims MDIPRL7A4-LA1U0600ZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Infineon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Gold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Infineon such as the FZ1200R45KL3B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112CN040N2M130GB1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CI1023E120HP by Manufacturer Industrial-Gold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD71CN060N2L095PB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ina such as KGBZ24PPINA equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KXO20PP made by Ina as well as the popular KDA311503L00U1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DEPTS30NTLS6 by Ingersoll-Rand and KGBZ24PPINA spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PantherLE2DERM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ims-Intelligent-Motion-Systems. |
