COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Impact Technologies FITWIN-PCI /A FWNPCI4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tasc-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the FSD11DN23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G112A manufactured by Tasc-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Tasc-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FMR250AGE3ALJKA4M by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JANCD1001B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasnac such as JANCDFC900C1 equipment made by Yasnac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasnac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasnac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDMSV01B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular ip1501b original spares produced by Iicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J2Q02AD by Mitsubishi and JANCDFC900C1 spares by Yasnac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC754VSF12CTDFC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
