COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Il Metronic SUV20.2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Indexing-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Infranor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Indexing-Systems such as the MM10T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KWVE20B manufactured by Ina and we are pleased to be able to service most Ina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMVE by Manufacturer Infranor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 10909194A3702 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Incom such as 806461 equipment made by Incom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Incom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Incom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22110399 made by Ingersoll-Rand as well as the popular GM480NN original spares produced by Innovative-Technology Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS021A150DS4600FW by Indramat and 806461 spares by Incom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EL267N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand. |
