COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iip Inc MODEL-100-PANEL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta such as the DOPA80THTD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NFC106 manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM71006 by Manufacturer Emc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Opti-Mate Brand OP1212 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Matheson such as 8420TOAII equipment made by Matheson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matheson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matheson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT20M made by Omron as well as the popular 6ES73613CA010AA0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Super by Thk-T-ss-Tss and 8420TOAII spares by Matheson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OSPP200L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
