COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ihi RM-N4-G1024-12C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ihi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Gold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iko product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ihi such as the RMN4G102412C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IG73E manufactured by Industrial-Gold and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Gold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LWH15C1R480BT1H by Manufacturer Iko as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ina Brand KGNZ24PP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Imi such as 670A01 equipment made by Imi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 600A13 made by Imi as well as the popular V5025700B15E1Q2US original spares produced by Ina Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 281825 by Indramat and 670A01 spares by Imi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDA311503L00U1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
