COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ifm DI0001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the CZH32RGB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FU15 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNI010RBR14QFRKG by Manufacturer Ifm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand EX305V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intertechnology such as K17M0242F2100 equipment made by Intertechnology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intertechnology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intertechnology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RMA103 made by Josef-Koberlein as well as the popular LV11SBPLaserSensor original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VG300 by Keyence and K17M0242F2100 spares by Intertechnology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 93802585 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand.
