COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ieiand P5/6x86CPUCardwithVGA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso such as the RMSRS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCP2BA7142P541050P1X10 manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R35KENTTSM1NV00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand PAMO2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tyco such as S30810Q2929X5 equipment made by Tyco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tyco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tyco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCB1004B made by Ycl as well as the popular sdc6025 original spares produced by Coretec-Quantai-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC834001T by Pacific-Scientific and S30810Q2929X5 spares by Tyco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SACD12NI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ormec. |
