COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Idec MX1A-B12R6S-MK685B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ilx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ief-Werner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iko product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ilx such as the LDT5980 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 572294 manufactured by Ief-Werner and we are pleased to be able to service most Ief-Werner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LWHT15 by Manufacturer Iko as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ifm Brand LK1022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ikegai such as PE1026B equipment made by Ikegai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ikegai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ikegai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9971640728 made by Imation as well as the popular LR8300 original spares produced by Ifm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN015PSBN14QFPKG by Ifm and PE1026B spares by Ikegai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KWSE30G3VO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ina. |
