COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Idec Izumi Corp. SA1D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the 02D212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KWVE25ES manufactured by Ina and we are pleased to be able to service most Ina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0GD2C by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 281825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as 071C0GS4C095A0W1519LXS001 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4009GMF made by Impulse,-Yaskawa as well as the popular LRX20C1HS2 original spares produced by Iko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 81120TV by Ina and 071C0GS4C095A0W1519LXS001 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 02V104 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm. |
