COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Idec HG1U-SB12JH-MK1382-S7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the HND63F120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC695CPU315 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KCPKRC169000398 by Manufacturer Kuka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Johnson-Controls Brand MSNIE55100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MSK071C0200NNS1UP1NNNN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHD115C024PG0AA made by Indramat as well as the popular IC50317431030S original spares produced by Nematron-Corp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRS133E01 by Mitsubishi and MSK071C0200NNS1UP1NNNN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKD071B061GP1KN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
