COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Icon Technology C62-001-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monarch-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dainippon-Screen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Medar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monarch-Instrument such as the DC2C1STU220010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GESP0012 manufactured by Dainippon-Screen and we are pleased to be able to service most Dainippon-Screen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DEP101 by Manufacturer Medar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP470ATTO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nortech-Engineering such as FPI1510PSTDRA equipment made by Nortech-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nortech-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nortech-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D7DBA12AGA1XXX made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular ET1937L original spares produced by Elo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDUCX by Deemstop and FPI1510PSTDRA spares by Nortech-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET1739L8CWA3NPBG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tyco. |
