COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ica Cinetic Automation MU30C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ifak-System products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Il-Metronic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifak-System such as the PB360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KGNS40PPAS manufactured by Ina and we are pleased to be able to service most Ina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SUV202 by Manufacturer Il-Metronic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ifm Brand SMR12GGXFRKG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ina such as KTXO12PP equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KGNZ24PP made by Ina as well as the popular 1LA91642KA60Z original spares produced by Idealsruplus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EC2B231005B50MS2FT1E by Idc and KTXO12PP spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR2301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm. |
