COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ica Cinetic 93808368B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lin-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lin-Engineering such as the 5718L27D01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8MSA4X manufactured by Br-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Br-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80LH4CUS by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 6K176 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 6K424D equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 713552 made by Brown--Sharp as well as the popular 68BM122HBX2R original spares produced by Kawasaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71325G by Marposs and 6K424D spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6K351A4Z447A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
