COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai XSEL-J-1-4001-N1-EEE-5-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the KDF12150300W1220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99387847R49 manufactured by Ingersoll and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDA21150300AP0U1115 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand TTR5302238B12G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idc such as B8962NP equipment made by Idc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR55200 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 460AFD50G original spares produced by Impulse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDM21030300W10 by Indramat and B8962NP spares by Idc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P20B10200LCL67S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
