COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai RCP5-MUR7A-ML parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Impulse,-Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Img product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Impulse,-Yaskawa such as the 4004T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSCONC5150WAI150WAI150WAI150WAI100WAIEP0 manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMG58B10 by Manufacturer Img as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iko Brand TU86F69 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iai such as RCP4S7CI56P8150P3M equipment made by Iai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 248610 made by Idramat as well as the popular 0428201 original spares produced by Iee Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWH15C1R480BT1H by Iko and RCP4S7CI56P8150P3M spares by Iai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LWH45B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iko. |
