COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai RCP4-RA3C-I-28P-16-50-P3-S-NM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ilc-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ilc-Technology such as the PS1509 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LWHSG30 manufactured by Iko and we are pleased to be able to service most Iko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OS0031OSTFBOAT by Manufacturer Ifm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iko Brand TSL120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ina such as KUVE25W1G3V2 equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ST10093DF5 made by Imaje as well as the popular CIMRG5U25P5 original spares produced by Idm-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPM104T by Ied-Industrial-Electronic-Devices and KUVE25W1G3V2 spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA1M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec. |
