COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai PCON-C-56PI-PN-2-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the GHS0120UD2DE4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPC570 manufactured by Iei and we are pleased to be able to service most Iei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCSESA4I200 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ifm Brand OD5005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idc such as NH155A12MF1MT1 equipment made by Idc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCH08TE211PU01 made by Ibplus as well as the popular RCP4RA3CI28P1650P3SNM original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWES30680mm by Iko and NH155A12MF1MT1 spares by Idc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R3H505A24PCSE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idc. |
