COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai ISA-MXM-A-200-10-100-T1-M-AQ-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Idec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the KD0024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N2T31V155A6MF1MT1ERMEMC0 manufactured by Idc and we are pleased to be able to service most Idc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLC30N by Manufacturer Idec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ibg Brand 75509 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ibase such as IB840F equipment made by Ibase have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ibase products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ibase" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RB0500I05 made by Ifm as well as the popular RCARGS4CI3012100A3SFTHA original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVS605 by Icos and IB840F spares by Ibase are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISMZM10N100SP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
