COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hytrol R-00164-10R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pfeffer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flender product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pfeffer such as the RPL402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R3X102B38PRASEALB23X manufactured by Idc and we are pleased to be able to service most Idc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SZN320 by Manufacturer Flender as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand S47DT90S4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as SF70D32DT100LS4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SF726V50B5J made by Boston as well as the popular SCXT4AX2 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SH0301 by Trexton and SF70D32DT100LS4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RV63U02ARV32U02D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rossi. |
