COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hypertherm SRVO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the MSCONC5150WAI150WAI150WAI150WAI100WAIEP0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMLMT42 manufactured by Idc and we are pleased to be able to service most Idc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCPRMAIL150NBFTSUSP by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iee Brand 0390204A0904 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as PX3226 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCP2S7APM4100P1SBE made by Iai as well as the popular AC1244 original spares produced by Ifm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N2T31V155A6MF1MT1ERMEMC0 by Idc and PX3226 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
