COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hypertherm 41753 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued I.s.e. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader I.s.e. such as the 8000016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSELC256PI56PIPN50 manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 124M30721 by Manufacturer Ifm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idm-Controls Brand CIMR7AU21P5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifi such as EFS2 equipment made by Ifi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ISASYMA6016150T1AQ made by Iai as well as the popular P7692 original spares produced by Ifm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCP2SA6IPM6550P1M by Iai and EFS2 spares by Ifi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCSSA6I30M250S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
