COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hydraulic VMY3125B5P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the VS060410AL0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021W100DS0101 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TDM32020300WO by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand TVM12050220300W0115220V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as PA2800 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P20B10200LCL67S made by Kawasaki as well as the popular TVM12050220300W0220380V original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR03260 by Kollmorgen and PA2800 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WCS24OC4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Imagine. |
