COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hydraforce 4000149 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hypertherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ifm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hypertherm such as the CABL0203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01D155 manufactured by Ifm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ifm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12R260800 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand RCP3SA5C142P6100P1MCJT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hypertherm such as 41766 equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hypertherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hypertherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCP2RA3CI28P5150P1 made by Iai as well as the popular RCSSSA60M100B original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ISSYM860200BLHP by Iai and 41766 spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 228454 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hypertherm. |
