COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hyde SM505A-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Image products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Image such as the DMK21BF04H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 220014111X169 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS440S0 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand F100S138C2BAEZZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Efector such as LK1023 equipment made by Efector have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Efector products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Efector" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GVH1000 made by Keyence as well as the popular 1980103RDPTD2 original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SZ04M by Keyence and LK1023 spares by Efector are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVH035M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
