COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hyde Park SM660A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec-Izumi-Corp. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the E30086 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA1D manufactured by Idec-Izumi-Corp. and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec-Izumi-Corp. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCRSWH100SUSP by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand RCP2SMIPM20500P1N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idc such as EC2B231005B50MF1FT1E equipment made by Idc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM656A made by Hydepark as well as the popular RCP2RSAIPM5100P1MFT original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD6012 by Ideal and EC2B231005B50MF1FT1E spares by Idc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR1081 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm. |
