COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hyde Park SM506A100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the AP32K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 302D0800 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LK7022503738T1 by Manufacturer Ifm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Input-Sensor Brand PC3916A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Issc-Pulsotronic such as 9852006290250 equipment made by Issc-Pulsotronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Issc-Pulsotronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Issc-Pulsotronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM523B100 made by Hyde-Park as well as the popular V3101 original spares produced by Johnstone Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PX3229 by Ifm and 9852006290250 spares by Issc-Pulsotronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kajaani. |
