COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hydac Electronics HDA770-G-6000-130 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Idam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Idam such as the ZPhi spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0428201 manufactured by Iee and we are pleased to be able to service most Iee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCP3SA5C142P6100P1MCJT by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand DSCRSA5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iai such as RCP2RA6CI56P4100P1S equipment made by Iai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AC1224 made by Ifm as well as the popular X2Y1 original spares produced by Ibs-James-Ross Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCSESA5I200 by Iai and RCP2RA6CI56P4100P1S spares by Iai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCP4SA5CI42P6800P3PCJB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
