COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCRSAM100S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSCRSA4I201050RSCB020MPG200N24SP manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12EX35500 by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hyde-Park Brand CS7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hypertherm such as 228206 equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hypertherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hypertherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PPC570GSA made by Iei as well as the popular 0390003A0107 original spares produced by Iee-V.i.p.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 248609 by Idramat and 228206 spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
