COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Husky L12G050D08S4PJ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iee-Vip-Integrated parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Idec-Izumi-Corp. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCP4RA6CI56P4200P3MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0390203A0107 manufactured by Iee-Vip-Integrated and we are pleased to be able to service most Iee-Vip-Integrated systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA1D by Manufacturer Idec-Izumi-Corp. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iei-Technology-Corp. Brand PAC42GHWPX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idec such as MX1AB12R6SMK685B equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCS2SA6RI306150T2R08BML made by Iai as well as the popular RCP2RA3CI28P5150P1 original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCP2RSAIPM25200P1MB by Iai and MX1AB12R6SMK685B spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCH08TE211PU01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ibplus. |
