COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hub City Model 805/02-21-05787-218 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MKD073B061KG0KN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD090B047KP1KN manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90C0GD3C110A0S01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112D0HD1B130A1J625S005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MDSKSRS05633 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M940A1067 made by Honeywell as well as the popular MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI524LS05 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC90B0PD4C110A1WI520LS01 by Indramat and MDSKSRS05633 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MH425D63PS115010SH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
