COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hub City DAPE-W008-0375.04400.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westwind parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kamo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the CDE40HPICD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D148304 manufactured by Westwind and we are pleased to be able to service most Westwind systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR100SH20GS032 by Manufacturer Kamo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental Brand BX5120A200FR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as c11 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D55543 made by Schneider as well as the popular BSM4NR333NGC original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C369 by Ge and c11 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D0118B602610002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
